Introducing Stronger Not Smaller
Heather and Lauren are the best in coaching in Bucks County, but you can take us anywhere! We are certified, insured trainers with a combined 20 years experience. Our goal is to empower you mentally and physically so you challenge limits and surprise yourself with what you are capable of. Find your strength, and become a part of our community.
VIRTUAL | OUTDOOR
These coach-led classes combine strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts that build lean muscle and boost endurance.
You will be challenged to push
your limit but will finish feeling stronger than you started.
Virtual classes are held via Zoom; Outdoor classes are offered each Sunday through November. Location varies.
Work one-on-one with Heather or Lauren. You'll receive individual attention, motivation, and workouts structured specifically to your goals to show measurable progress.
Each session is 45 minutes and appointments must be scheduled prior to the training session.
