Introducing Stronger Not Smaller

PERSONAL TRAINING

SESSIONS

Work one-on-one with Heather. Receive individual attention, motivation, and workouts structured specifically to your goals to show measurable progress.

 

Each session is 45 minutes and appointments must be scheduled prior to the training session.

GROUP CLASSES

OUTDOOR

These coach-led classes combine strength training with high-intensity cardio bursts that build lean muscle and boost endurance.

You will be challenged to push

your limit but will finish feeling stronger than you started. 

 

Outdoor classes are offered each Sunday through November.

Location varies.
