Frequently Asked Questions
WHAT CAN I EXPECT DURING A VIRTUAL HIIT CLASS?
60-minute, total body, high-intensity interval-based class combines strength with high-intensity cardio bursts designed to build lean muscle while boosting endurance. You will be challenged to push your limit but will finish feeling stronger than you started. It is always a good idea to have a range of weights at the ready!
HOW DO I ACCESS THE LIVE CLASSES?
Our virtual platform takes place through ZOOM, a free app that can be downloaded on tablets, phones, and computers. You can choose to have your camera on or off, but we do encourage turning it on so WE can provide feedback, offer specific modifications and training advice tailored for YOU! Through the live streams, you will have the opportunity to engage with other members of the SNS Community as we encourage one another throughout these 60-minute workouts!
WHAT CAN I EXPECT AT AN OUTDOOR CLASS?
This 60-minute full-body workout is split between interval running or power walking and infield circuit training. Effort is based on your individual rate of perceived exertion (RPE), making the workout effective for all fitness levels. Equipment will be provided, but you may be asked to BYO dumbbells. Meet us at the Council Rock South Track every Sunday, weather permitting.
HOW DO I SIGN UP FOR CLASSES?
To book classes, visit StrongerNotSmaller.com. You must sign up at least 30-minutes before each class (virtual or outdoor). SNS will send you an email with the virtual session’s information, including a link, meeting ID, and password to your ZOOM session.
WHAT IF I CAN’T MAKE IT TO A LIVE CLASS?
Can’t join us LIVE? No problem. Sign up for the class as you normally would (at least 30 minutes before!) and receive a full recording of the class as soon as it’s over! Workout at the time that makes sense for your schedule. Just don’t delay too long – the link expires after 48 hours.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Equipment is not mandatory to participate in or get results. However, each workout can incorporate one or more of the following pieces of equipment:
2. Mini Resistance Bands
3. Yoga Mat
